Band may request &#8220;Comments Only&#8221; or &#8220;Perform in Exhibition&#8221; representing their city, state, or country. Understanding that different geographic areas have different qualifications, bands should have competed in regional festivals and\/or competitions qualifying in upper the levels or ratings wherever possible.
